The reason why I am pursuing a career in graphic design is because it combines my interests in digital art and physical art. You can start with a piece of art that only exists on a computer and then turn it into something tangible like a magazine or book cover. I would like to do something niche like designing book covers, but would also be interested in working in a design firm.
